Day Five

Breakfast:
- one cup of coffee that I nurse the whole day
- an orange

Lunch:
- salad of spinach, tomatoes, boiled eggs, and carrots with ranch dressing
- grilled chicken breast

Workout:
- ManMaker Circuit with Wally
- Three sets of two core exercises
- Bicep curls - 3 sets of 20

Dinner:
- Chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle
- 16 oz. Dr. Pepper
- an orange later in the evening
