Day Two

Sunday - July 12th, 2009

Breakfast: Two pint glasses of water and an orange

Workout:
- 3 sets of two separate core exercises
- 45 minutes on the exercise bike

Lunch:

- 2 regular eggs and an extra egg white
- 1/2 pita and hummus
- bowl of vegitarian black beans

Dinner:
- large spinach salad with tomatoes
- 12 ounce ribeye steak
