Day Three

Breakfast:
- two large glasses of water
- one orange
- small bowl of oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar, and a dash of cream
- one cup of coffee that I nurse through out the day

Lunch:
- grilled chicken breast
- small serving of penne pasta with marinara sauce

Dinner:
- spinach salad with tomatoes
- bowl of vegitarian black beans with hot sauce and a touch of sour cream
- Jumbo jack

Rest Day - No workout
